If you're in debt with your water bill and receive one of the following benefits, you can have payments for your water debt taken directly from benefits under Water Direct:

• income support
• income-based jobseeker's allowance
• employment and support allowance
• pension credit
• universal credit.

You don't have to remember to make payments.
